Healing in Community

Groups

Healing does not always happen alone. Sometimes it happens in the company of others who truly understand.

At A Wholesome Me, individual therapy is at the heart of the work. But there are things that can only happen in community. The experience of being witnessed by others who genuinely understand. The quiet but profound realization that you are not alone in what you carry. The healing that happens not just within you but between you and others who are walking a similar path.

Each of my groups is small, intentional, and carefully held. They are designed to complement individual therapy and offer a different but equally powerful dimension of healing.

Ground & Flow

Somatic Movement Group for Women

Your body already knows how to heal. This group helps you listen.

There is a kind of healing that happens not in words but in movement. In the quiet moment when your breath slows, your shoulders soften, and your body remembers what safety feels like.

Ground & Flow is a gentle, body-centered movement group for women who want to reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and begin releasing what has been stored through mindful, intentional movement. This is not a fitness class. This is not choreography. This is an invitation to move in a way that feels safe, curious, and deeply nourishing.

What to Expect

Gentle somatic movement, breathwork, mindfulness practices, body awareness exercises, and space for quiet reflection. Everything is invitational. You move at your own pace, in your own way, always within your own window of comfort.

Who This Group Is For

  • ♡Women who feel disconnected from their bodies
  • ♡Women carrying stress, anxiety, or trauma that lives in the physical
  • ♡Women curious about somatic healing in a supportive group setting

The Art of Healing

Somatic Art Group for Women

The feelings that have no words often find their voice through art.

Some of what we carry simply cannot be spoken. It lives too deep, too tangled, too far beneath language to be reached through conversation alone. But it can be expressed. Through color. Through texture. Through the intuitive, body-led process of making something with your hands.

The Art of Healing is a somatic art group that combines body awareness with expressive, process-oriented art making. This is not an art class and artistic skill or experience is absolutely not required. It is a space where your hands lead, your nervous system guides, and what has been held inside begins to find its way out through a different and often surprisingly powerful door.

What to Expect

Each session begins with a brief somatic grounding practice to help you arrive in your body. From there you will be guided into intuitive, process-oriented art making using a variety of materials. The focus is never on the outcome or the finished piece. It is always on the process, what arises, what moves through you, and what begins to shift.

Who This Group Is For

  • ♡Women who find it difficult to access or express emotions through words alone
  • ♡Women who feel stuck in their healing and are looking for a different way in
  • ♡Women drawn to creativity as a path to healing
  • ♡No art experience needed — just an open mind and a willingness to explore

Many Parts, One Space

DID & OSDD Support Group for Women

A room where no part has to wait outside.

For those living with Dissociative Identity Disorder or Other Specified Dissociative Disorder, finding a space that truly understands the complexity of your inner world can feel nearly impossible. A space that does not pathologize, does not oversimplify, and does not ask you to be less than the full, complex, courageous person you are.

Many Parts, One Space is a small, closed support group created specifically for women with a formal DID or OSDD diagnosis. It is a space where the language of parts is understood, where your experience is never too much, and where the work of healing your inner system can happen in the company of others who genuinely get it.

This group is not formal psychotherapy but it is therapeutically informed, carefully structured, and held with the same depth of care and clinical skill that Chani brings to every individual session.

What to Expect

A small, intimate group experience that combines psychoeducation about dissociation and internal systems, guided inner work, nervous system support, and peer connection within a safe and carefully boundaried space. The group moves at a gentle pace and is always attentive to the window of tolerance of every member.

Who This Group Is For

  • ♡Women with a formal diagnosis of DID or OSDD
  • ♡Women who are ready to explore their inner system in a supported group setting
